Okay so Kendall & Avery were my very first TWIN newborn session and they were absolute angels. This session could not have gone any smoother. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Newborns in general melt my heart, but there is something about the bond of twins that is just indescribable. They look so different yet they weigh the exact same and they are the exact same length. They would start to fuss at the same exact time, calm down at the same time and their little noises were identical. My friends Andrea and Mike definitely have their hands full. I can’t wait to watch these two beauties grow:-)

I had an amazing time photographing Sherry & Tom’s wedding at Brooksby Farm in Peabody, Massachusetts. Jenn Sollitto of Designs Out Of The Blue did an amazing job creating and planning Sherry & Tommy’s Irish Western-Down on the Farm Wedding.

Sherry loves everything rustic, and the groom is very Irish. When they first viewed The Smith Barn at Brooksby Farm, Sherry and Tommy knew it was the perfect venue to have their September wedding. The happy couple had purchased their own mini-farm with horses included, located in a small town in New Hampshire a year before their wedding. This helped with inspiration and represented Sherry and Tommy as a couple…So once the barn was booked, the theme and overall design was easy and fun!

A Western Buffet, Apple Pie, rustic flair that included real vintage horseshoes, rusted pails, bandana’s, hay, whisky barrels, vintage lanterns, cowboy boots & hats, sunflowers, line dancing, and an Irish fiddle band were the main ingredients for this wedding…the rest of the details seamlessly followed. I loved everything about this wedding! Some of my favorite details all created/ designed by Designs Out Of The Blue: handmade invitations, bridal bouquets, the girls boots, groomsmen irish attire, bandana bunting, bandana tied flatware, photo booth, and the rustic dessert station. It truly makes Jenn happy to say: “The guests at this wedding had a Hoedown of a time!”

Deanna & Craig were an absolute blast to work with. Deanna a nurse and Craig a Fire Fighter created the perfect opportunity to meet. Their paths crossed several times at the hospital and they decided to make a date:-) As fate would have it, they fell in love and planned their gorgeous fall wedding at the Portsmouth Country Club in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The beautiful ceremony was held at St. Michael’s Parish in Exeter, NH. I was thrilled when Deanna had discussed taking the bridal party pictures at Newcastle Commons, in Newcastle, NH. We were able to create some amazing shots of Deanna & Craig on the beautiful grass edge with an amazing ocean backdrop. I also love shooting at the Country club with the amazing drive in with huge trees that border the sides. This creates a dramatic look with a ton of flair.

Deanna & Craig planned a gorgeous day filled with laughter, love and a few tears.

Elisha & Chris met at Veterinary school and fell in love. So adorable and sweet they decided to have their fish themed wedding at the Wentworth By The Sea Country Club in Rye, New Hampshire. I loved the little fish and nautical details that adorned their invitations, wedding cake, place cards, and tables. I asked Elisha how she decided on the fish theme and she cutely replied that she really loved her invites and everything just went from there. I adored her knee length wedding gown with exquisite details and her extremely tall shoes, she needed them because Chris is well over six feet:-) Such an amazing day!

I could not have imagined a more adorable and loving couple:-) Meghan & Nate’s gorgeous wedding at Flag Hill Winery In Lee, New Hampshire is among my favorites. The details were simple DIY
with extraordinary flair. Bright yellows and aquas adorned the tent and this color themed was carried out in the florals, bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen accents. The day seemed to flow so effortlessly and Meghan and Nate were simply overjoyed. With smiles on their faces the entire day they could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding. I love photographing at this venue because the lighting is just spectacular!!! The ceremony is always perfectly lit beneath the shade of two giant Oak trees and a beautiful vineyard backdrop.

Megan’s dress was her splurge and I loved how she replicated the floral detail from the dress on shoes and clutch. Meghan found that amazing aqua clutch on etsy.com , one of my favorite sites for unique wedding details.

The weekend weather forcast was not looking promising for for Julie & Tim’s big day. 3 days of torrential rain and Sunday’s forcast was more of the same, scattered showers & Thunderstorms:( Sunday morning came and was wet as expected. I had my umbrellas packed and I was fully prepared to send Julie & Tim out in the vineyard for photographs. Luckily the sun popped out and the rain stayed away. We were so thrilled! Julie & Tim’s day was amazing! These two had been best friends for 6 years before they decided to get married. It was the common theme through out the day and it was so nice hearing friends and family talk of their beautiful friendship and true love.

Julie & Tim’s ceremony was right in the vineyard at Flag Hill Winery . I always love shooting outdoor weddings at this venue because the lighting is spectacular beneath the shade of two huge Oak Trees. When it came time for Julie & Tim’s portraits they need no direction at all. They were so relaxed in front of the camera as if were not even there. For the rest of the day Julie gleamed with delight as she could not have imagined a more perfect day. It was exactly what she had always imagined!

We had such an amazing time with Stephanie & Erik! Stephanie was a stunning bride and she had a personality to match. I always love when a bride and groom are so easy to work with. Erik didn’t miss a beat when it came time for portraits with his beautiful bride. We walked out on the golf course at The Oaks in Somersworth, NH and the scenery was just amazing. It melted my heart the way Erik looked at Stephanie <3 TRUE LOVE!!!!

Hair & Makeup:

I had so much fun with Jessica & Bill! Not only was Jessica gorgeous, but probably the most laid back bride I have ever worked with. She decided to book me after a phone conversation and I met her for the first time on her wedding day. I am not joking when I say she had me laughing all day:-) I knew it was going to be a great wedding as soon as I got out of bed. I was so happy with an overcast sky with a slight variation in the clouds and a blue that peeked through every once and again. Not only was the weather perfect for a wedding, but I could not have asked for a more perfect location. I absolutely love photographing weddings at the Wentworth by the Sea. Jessica & Bill had the Grand Ballroom (the smaller of the two) which is so incredibly gorgeous. Thank you Jessica & Bill for choosing me to capture your beautiful memories. I wish you and your family all the best.
